General Terms and Conditions for Donations

1. Purpose

These terms and conditions govern donations made to Humabloom through the website.

Donations support the association’s activities and the development of educational tools made available to partner organizations.

2. Nature of the Donation

A donation is:

• voluntary;

• freely determined by the donor;

• made without any direct consideration;

• separate from the purchase of a training course or service.

A donation does not grant any right of access to the training courses or services offered by the association.

3. No Tax Receipt

At present, Humabloom does not issue tax receipts for donations.

Donors expressly acknowledge that:

• no tax benefit may be claimed in connection with a donation;

• donations do not entitle the donor to a tax reduction or tax credit.

If Humabloom’s status changes, for example if it obtains official public-interest status, this policy will be updated accordingly.

4. Payment Methods

Donations are made online through secure payment service providers.

Available payment methods may include:

• credit or debit card;

• online payment through a third-party payment provider;

• other payment methods offered on the website.

5. Use of Donations

Donations are used to:

• improve educational content;

• develop new tools and resources;

• cover the technical and administrative costs of the platform;

• improve access to training for organizations with limited resources.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of the fundraising campaign, donations are not allocated to a specific individual project.

6. Refunds

Donations are final and non-refundable, except in the following cases:

• a technical error during the payment process;

• an unintended duplicate charge.

7. Security and Processing of Donation-Related Data

Personal data collected in connection with a donation may include:

8. Changes to These Terms

Humabloom reserves the right to amend these donation terms at any time in order to reflect changes in legal or operational requirements.
